Great Service

Here is one of those stories that folks just love to moan about, and often do not tell the tale of the positive end result.
I got my copy in the mail of Shape Magazine with the Radox sample tube, but alas it had leaked out all over the magazine.
Normally I would just mumble and moan, but this time I decided to do the right thing and take a picture and send them a note.
Well I was blown awayby the quick response. Not only did I get an automated response to the mail within the hour I go a personalised mail and this went on even till yesterday. So from doing my initial email on Tuesday I have not only received letters from all at shape, touchline media and various other departments I received my new copy and all with no effort.
All I can say is that is service that deserves to be complemented. This will ensure that I will continiue to subscribe for years to come.

    Fiona I know I’m a touch late in responding to this but what a great story to read, it renews one belief that there are some people and organization out there that do listen and act the right way..

    Well done on taking the action you did…I must say this is the sort of action David would take and more often it does get the right response..
